基于BIM技术的造价管理案例应用研究

Case Study of Cost Management Based on BIM Technology

BIM在建筑行业已全面展开应用,国家相应的政策出台会进一步推动其发展。我国工程造价管理发展至今,各阶段都是相对独立进行的,没有形成一个统一的整体。BIM的应用解决了海量数据处理难题,同时又可为造价控制提供全面的解决方案和技术支持。鉴于此,以在建项目海棠小学为着眼点,对建设项目BIM造价管理的理论和实践进行研究,并提出合理化建议,为后续同类项目实施BIM全过程造价管理提供借鉴。

BIM has been fully applied in the construction industry,and the corresponding national policies will further promote its development.Since the development of China’s project cost management,each stage is relatively independent and has not formed a unified whole.The application of BIM solves the problem of mass data processing,and provides comprehensive solutions and technical support for cost control.In view of this,taking Haitang Primary School as the starting point,this paper studies the theory and practice of BIM cost management of construction projects,and puts forward reasonable suggestions,so as to provide reference for the follow-up similar projects to implement BIM whole process cost management.
