海洋保护区基础数据体系建设研究

Research on the Construction of Basic Data System of Marine Reserves

为解决海洋保护区基础数据体系繁杂、共享困难等现象,从统一管理海洋基础数据、健全海洋信息化标准规范体系、构建海洋资源信息可视化平台方面分析了海洋保护区基础数据的建设思路和主要方向。研究结果表明,在海洋保护区数据体系建设中,加强体系顶层设计、制定数据标准、规范数据内容,更有利于实现海洋保护区空间资源的统一部署管理、共享、常态化交换,也可促进海洋保护区基础数据成果的应用,为海洋行政部门提供支撑依据。

In order to solve the problems of complex and difficult sharing of basic data system in marine protected areas,this paper analyzes the construction ideas and main directions of basic data of marine reserves from the aspects of unified management of marine basic data,improvement of marine information standard system,and construction of marine resources information visualization platform.The research results show that,in the construction of the data system of marine reserves,strengthening the top-level design of the system,formulating data standards and standardizing the data content are more conducive to the unified deployment,management,sharing and normal exchange of the spatial resources of marine reserves,and can also promote the application of basic data achievements of marine reserves,and provide support for marine administrative departments.
