摘要
模糊综合评判模型能较好地解决非确定性问题,广泛应用于评价,但权值只能人为选择;而熵值可以通过判断指标数据离散程度而近似确定指标重要程度。对模糊综合评价的权值采用熵值法改进,可以将绩效评价客观化,提高了绩效评价的质量。以高校辅导员绩效评价问题为例,构建熵和多级模糊综合评判评价模型进行应用研究,结果客观且符合实际情况。该模型可有效解决评价过程中出现的主观性问题,提高绩效评价的效率,具有实用价值。
The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model can better solve the non-deterministic problem,and is widely used in evaluation,but the weight can only be selected artificially;the entropy value approximates the importance of the index by judging the degree of dispersion of the index data;for fuzzy comprehensive evaluation The weight is improved by the entropy method,which can make the performance evaluation objective and improve the quality of the performance evaluation.Taking the performance evaluation of college counselors as an example,constructing an evaluation model of entropy and multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for application research,the results are objective and in line with the actual situation.This model can effectively solve the subjective problems in the evaluation process,improve the efficiency of performance evaluation,and has practical value.
