摘要
山竹果壳中含有丰富的多酚类物质,有很高的药用价值,具有抗菌、抗癌、抗氧化和提高免疫力等重要作用。本论文以山竹果壳为材料,乙醇为提取溶剂,采用超声辅助提取山竹果壳多酚,并对提取条件进行优化。本试验考察乙醇浓度、超声时间、超声功率、液料比对山竹果壳多酚得率的影响。通过单因素和响应面优化法确定其最佳提取条件,优化的超声波提取山竹果壳多酚的工艺为:超声时间23 min,超声功率202 W,乙醇浓度52%,液料比35:1(mL/g)。预测的多酚得率为69.08 mg/g,验证得率为68.84 mg/g。
Mangosteen shell is rich in polyphenols,has high medicinal value and has important functions such as antibacterial,anticancer and antioxidation effect,and immunity enhancement.In this paper,mangosteen shells were used as materials,ethanol was used as extraction solvent,ultrasound-assisted extraction was used to extract polyphenols from mangosteen shells,and the extraction conditions were optimized.In this experiment,the effects of ethanol concentration,ultrasonic time,ultrasonic power and liquid-material ratio on the extraction rate of polyphenols in mangosteen shell were investigated.The optimal extraction conditions were determined by single factor and response surface optimization methods.The ultrasonic extraction process of polyphenols from Mangosteen shells was as follows:the ultrasonic time was 23 min,the ultrasonic power was 202 W,the ethanol concentration was 52%,and the liquid-material ratio was 35:1(mL/g).The predicted polyphenol yield was 69.08 mg/g.The verified yield was 68.84 mg/g.
