摘要
通过对比国内外燃煤烟气脱硫工艺,选择传统氨法脱硫进行了工艺改进,改进后的工艺采用塔外氧化技术,并通过更有效的蒸发结晶工艺获得副产物硫酸铵。对氨法脱硫工艺中的核心设备进行了优化,脱硫塔中采用改良的双母管喷淋技术和新型气体分布器,增强气液接触效果,从而提高脱硫效率。利用计算流体力学(CFD)考察烟气进口角度对脱硫效果的影响,得到最优烟气进口角度为30°。模拟计算结果表明,所采取的改进措施能够有效降低能耗和提升脱硫效率,对于脱硫塔的实际设计和工业应用具有较高的参考意义。
The desulfurization processes of coal-fired flue gas were compared,and the traditional ammonia desulfurization process was selected for improvement.In the improved process,the out-of-tower oxidation was adopted and the by-product ammonium sulfate was obtained by more effective evaporation crystallization.The structure of core equipment in ammonia desulphurization process was optimized.The double main pipe type spray and the swirl distributor were used in the desulfurization tower to promote the gas-liquid contact and increate the desulfurization efficiency.A computational fluid dynamics(CFD)model was used to investigate the influence of flue gas inlet angle on the desulfurization efficiency,the optimal value was 30°.The simulation results showed that the improved measures could reduce energy consumption and improved desulfurization efficiency,which is of great reference significance for the practical design and industrial application of desulfurization tower.
