摘要 "舟山港主航道(鱼山石化疏港公路)公路工程"项目区域地势复杂,包括海域、岛礁、山地、丘陵等,气候同样复杂多变。为了满足项目海上施工测量高精度定位基准服务的需要,本文建设基于北斗卫星导航系统(BDS)的GNSS-RTK基准站系统(CORS),并设计相关软件辅助系统的运行维护,保证该系统在工程建设期内不间断地提供准确、可靠而稳定的测量定位信息,并确保基准站建站测量成果满足B级GNSS网的精度要求(基准站在5 km范围内RTK测量平面定位精度≤±20 mm,高程定位精度≤±40 mm)。 The project area of the " Zhoushan Port Main Channel Highway Project" includes complex terrain such as sea areas,islands,reefs,mountains,and hills,and the climate is also complex and changeable. In order to meet the requirements of high-accuracy positioning reference service for the offshore construction survey of the project,a GNSS-RTK continuous operating reference station( CORS) based on the Beidou Satellite Navigation System( BDS) was constructed,and the operation and maintenance of related software-assisted systems were designed to ensure that the system used in construction period can continuously provide accurate,reliable and stable measurement and positioning information,and guarantee that the measurement results of the base station construction meet the accuracy requirements of the B-level GNSS network( the reference station’s RTK measurement has horizontal positioning accuracy of 20 mm,and vertical positioning accuracy of 40 mm in 5 km).
