摘要
传统的耕地质量等别评价方法需要按步骤计算自然质量分、自然质量指数、经济指数及利用指数等,工作量大且误差较大。为了提升耕地质量等别评价工作的效率及准确率,本文基于C#开发语言,利用.NET技术及ArcGIS Engine平台进行二次开发,以Oracle数据库进行数据存储管理,建立耕地质量等别评价系统,简化计算过程,提高计算效率。本文通过对沈阳市耕地质量等别评价的具体应用,奠定了沈阳市耕地质量等别信息管理的基础。
Traditional cultivated land quality grading evaluation needs to sequentially calculate the natural quality,the natural quality indexes,the economic indexes,and the utilization indexes,which is labor consuming and inaccurate. In order to improve the efficiency and the accuracy,based on C#,this paper uses.NET,Oracle,and ArcGIS Engine to develop the quality grading evaluation system of cultivated land,which transforms the original complex computing process into a convenient system operation. Based on the specific application of the grading evaluation of cultivated land quality in Shenyang,this paper has laid the basis of information management of cultivated land quality in Shenyang.
