摘要
不同坐标系下的数据转换一直是测绘生产单位的主要工作之一,为了解决这一烦琐工作以及由于早期测量技术设备落后导致所建立的坐标系统精度较低不能适应国民经济高速发展的问题,国家建立了2000国家大地坐标系,2008年7月1日正式启用。因此,多种空间参考数据向2000国家大地坐标系(简称CGCS2000)转换工作成为相关学者主要研究工作之一。本文通过工程实例对国土资源基础地理信息数据向2000国家大地坐标转换的转换方法进行了详细介绍,对转换过程中遇到的主要技术问题和处理方法进行了总结,并利用Python编制质检程序,为相关项目进行2000国家大地坐标转换工作提供经验。
Data conversion in different coordinate systems has always been one of the main tasks of surveying and mapping production departments. In order to deal with this cumbersome work and the low accuracy of the coordinate system caused by the backwardness of the early measurement technology equipment,which cannot meet the requirements of the rapid development of the national economy.The state established the 2000 National Geodetic Coordinate System,which was officially operated on July 1 st,2008. Therefore,the conversion of various spatial reference data to the 2000 National Geodetic Coordinate System( CGCS2000) has become one of the main research work. This paper introduces the conversion method of fundamental geographic information data of land and resources to 2000 national geodetic coordinate conversion through engineering examples,summarizes the main technical problems and processing methods encountered in the conversion process,and uses Python to develop quality inspection software. It provides reference experience for the2000 national geodetic coordinate conversion work for related projects.
