摘要
高校辅导员职业能力的高低对大学生思想政治觉悟与学业发展具有关键作用,影响着我国高等教育质量。突破传统的研究方法与研究视角,利用解释结构理论及模型来进行高校辅导员职业能力的因子分析,构建高校辅导员职业能力因子的多级递阶解释结构模型,探讨职业能力因子之间的内在关系,为高校辅导员职业化建设提供相关建议。
The vocational ability of college counselors plays a key role in college students'ideological and political consciousness and academic development,which affects the quality of higher education in China.This article breaks through the traditional research methods and perspectives,uses the theory and model of interpretation structure to conduct factor analysis of college counselors'vocational ability,and also constructs a multi-level hierarchical interpretation structure model of college counselors'professional ability factors to discuss the internal relationship among the factors of vocational ability.Finally,provides relevant suggestions for the construction of college counselor's professionalization.
