基于OSCE模式的护理能力竞赛

Competition of Nursing Ability Based on OSCE Mode

目的探讨客观结构化临床考评(OSCE)在护理综合能力竞赛中的具体应用。方法以2018年度泰州职业技术学院护理系36名同学为研究对象,构建OSCE具体竞赛方案,对学生成绩进行调查统计分析,对学生综合能力获得进行比较。结果竞赛成绩呈正态分布,客观反应了学生的综合能力。跟传统方式相比,基于OSCE的竞赛形式更能提升学生的综合能力。结论OSCE考核体系引入竞赛系统,改变了传统的单项技能考核模式,更能提升学生的综合能力。

Objective To study the application of objective structured clinical examination(OSCE)used in the competition of comprehensive nursing ability.Methods 36 students of the 2th Grade from Taizhou Polytechnic College(TZPC)were enrolled in the research.A contest plan in OSCE mode was built to use in the contest.Af⁃ter the contest,the scores were analyzed and the comprehensive nursing ability of the study group and control group were compared.Results Normal distribution was showed in the competition scores,which objectively re⁃flects the comprehensive ability of the students.Competition based on OSCE model could improve the compre⁃hensive ability of the students more than the traditional model did.Conclusions OSCE system used in nursing ability competition has updated the traditional mode that tests the single skill of the students.This new mode can improve students’comprehensive ability more.
