摘要
依据JJG 982-2003《直流电阻箱检定规程》,在直流电阻箱的示值误差检定方法中,最常用的方法是数字多用表直接测量法,由于直流电阻箱检定点比较多,数据记录和数据处理工作量大,人工检定过程耗时耗力。本文选用VS2015软件开发平台,用C#语言开发了直流电阻箱的半自动化检测系统,用户在软件界面设置数字多用表的测量参数,SCPI指令通过GPIB接口发送至数字多用表,按照设置参数完成测量,并将测量结果通过GPIB接口传送给计算机,由计算机实现数据处理、数据保存、记录保存、生成证书等工作。除了调节电阻箱的盘位值,其他环节都不需要人工操作,整个系统功能完善、性能可靠,提高了检定工作效率并降低了检定工作强度。
According to JJG 982-2003"Verification Regulation of DC Resistance Box",in the verification method of indication error of DC resistance box,the most commonly used method is the direct measurement method of digital multimeter.Due to the large number of verification points of DC resistance box,the workload of data recording and data processing is large,and the human verification process is time-consuming and labor-consuming.In this paper,the VS2015 software development platform is selected,and the semi-automatic detection system of DC resistance box is developed with C#language.The user sets the measurement parameters of DMM in the software interface,and SCPI instruction is sent to DMM through GPIB interface,The measurement is completed according to the set parameters,and the measurement results are transmitted to the computer through the GPIB interface.The data processing,data saving,record saving,certificate generation and other works are realized by the computer.In addition to adjusting the disc position value of the resistance box,other links do not need manual operation.The whole system has perfect functions and reliable performance,which improves the verification efficiency and reduces the verification intensity.
