医用小型压力蒸汽灭菌器性能检测结果分析

Analysis of Performance Detection Results of Medical Small Pressure Steam Sterilizer

医用小型压力蒸汽灭菌器广泛应用于口腔医疗器械的灭菌,灭菌器性能不达标容易造成灭菌不合格,导致病原体在患者间的交叉感染。本文依据GB/T 30690-2014《小型压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌效果监测方法和评价要求》和WS 506-2016《口腔器械消毒灭菌技术规范》对海淀区49家口腔医疗机构50锅次灭菌器进行了综合性能检测,包括物理参数检测、化学监测和生物监测。结果显示灭菌温度范围合格率94%,灭菌实测时间合格率56%,化学监测合格率92%;生物监测合格率96%;灭菌用水电导率合格率为96%。小型压力蒸汽灭菌器进行周期性年度检测的仅占比40%。小型压力蒸汽灭菌器规范落实情况不乐观,单纯依靠化学和生物方法不能全面评估小型压力蒸汽灭菌器性能,物理参数检测更能够反应小型压力蒸汽灭菌器的温场整体情况,且有助于发现设备本身存在的故障和问题。

Small medical pressure steam sterilizer is widely used in the sterilization of stomatological medical instruments.Sterilizer below-standard performance is easy to cause the sterilization is unqualified and cross infection of pathogens among patients.According to GB/T 30690-2014"Monitoring requirements and evaluation of sterilization effect of small steam sterilizer"and WS 506-2016"Regulation for disinfection and sterilization technique of dental instruments"50 sterilizers in 49 stomatological medical institutions in Haidian District was tested,Comparing performance including physical parameters testing,chemical monitoring and biological monitoring.The results showed that the qualified rate of sterilization temperature range was 94%,the qualified rate of sterilization measured time was 56%,and the qualified rate of chemical monitoring was 92%.Biological monitoring qualification rate96%;The qualified rate of electrical conductivity of sterilization water is 96%.Only 40%of small pressure steam sterilizers carry out periodic annual tests.The specification implementation of small pressure steam sterilizer is not optimistic.The performance of small pressure steam sterilizer cannot be evaluated by chemical and biological methods alone.Physical parameter detection can reflect the overall temperature field of small pressure steam sterilizer and is helpful to find out the faults and problems existing in the equipment.
