摘要
电能表型式评价和全性能检测是电能表生产和销售之前需要经过的重要程序。0.02级安装式标准电能表的全性能检测过程中,遇到了检定装置无隔离PT导致的试验时间增加、无足够的高精度装置、小电流误差超差,以及计量机构的资源分配等问题。此次全性能检测,既是一次日常工作完成的过程,也是一次不断解决问题、积累经验的过程。
Energy meter type evaluation and full performance testing are important procedures that need to go through before energy meter production and sales.During the full performance testing of the 0.02-level installed standard energy meter,it encountered problems such as increased test time caused by the verification device without isolation PT,insufficient high-precision device,small current error out-of-tolerance,and resource allocation of the metrology units.This full performance test process is not only a process of daily work completion,but also a process of continuous problem solving and accumulation of experience.
