Document control is the foundation of quality system and management system construction of calibration laboratory,and is an important factor affecting the normal and stable operation of calibration laboratory,so it is very important to monitor the whole life cycle of documents.This paper introduces the classification and level of documents in metrological calibration laboratory and the whole process control of documents from creation to cancellation,and forms the unique management method of controlled documents in calibration laboratory,such as document numbering rules and controlled status identification.This paper expounds the problems and solutions encountered in the classification and novelty search of calibration laboratory during its operation.It is beneficial to improve the authenticity and reliability of laboratory calibration to promote the document control of laboratory.
