电爆炸超高速喷涂法在304不锈钢表面制备Ti3SiC2陶瓷涂层 被引量:1

摘要 针对Ti3SiC2材料制作流程复杂、制作成本高等问题,提出了电爆炸粉末喷涂Ti3SiC2涂层的方法。采用自主研发的粉末连续电爆炸喷涂设备在304不锈钢上进行了实验,通过分析电爆炸喷涂过程中的电压、电流波形及涂层表面和截面组织,考察了粉末粒径对喷涂质量的影响,并提出在Ti3SiC2粉末中加入石墨粉来提高粉末导电性能进而提升能量沉积的方法。通过胶接对偶试样拉伸试验对涂层的结合力进行了测试。结果表明:随着Ti3SiC2粉末粒径减小,喷涂质量先提高后降低;在Ti3SiC2粉末中掺入10%(质量分数)石墨粉可获得高质量的Ti3SiC2涂层。 Aiming at the complicated process and high cost for production of Ti3SiC2 material,a method of spraying Ti3SiC2 coating by electro-explosion was proposed and a series of experiments were carried out on the surface of 304 stainless steel by using the independently developed electro-explosive spraying equipment.The effect of Ti3SiC2 particle size on coating quality was studied by analyzing the voltage and current waveforms during electro-explosion as well as the surface and crosssectional morphologies of the coating.The electrical conductivity of Ti3SiC2 powder was improved by addition of graphite powder to enhance the energy deposition.The adhesion of Ti3SiC2 coating was examined by tensile pull-off test.The results showed that the coating quality was improved initially and then became poor with the decreasing of Ti3SiC2 particle size.The Ti3SiC2 coating was found to be high quality when adding 10wt.%of graphite powder to the Ti3SiC2 powder.
