摘要
在普通超薄钢结构防火涂料中加入针状硅酸钙,研究了它对涂层阻燃性能的影响。锥型量热试验结果表明,加入针状硅酸钙明显推迟了涂层的引燃时间,并降低其热释放速率、总热释放量和总产烟量。通过扫描电镜观察到涂层燃烧后形成了完整、致密、均匀的炭层,X射线能谱显示其碳、氮、氧等元素的含量均少于无针状硅酸钙时形成的炭层,而磷元素含量更多。由此可见,加入针状硅酸钙可以明显提高超薄钢结构防火涂料的阻燃性能。
The effect of the addition of acicular calcium silicate to a common ultra-thin fireproof paint for steel structures on the flame retardance of its coating was studied.The result of cone calorimetric test showed that the addition of acicular calcium silicate significantly postponed the ignition time of the coating,and reduced its heat release rate,total heat release,and total smoke production.It could be observed by scanning electron microscopy that a complete,dense,and uniform carbon layer was formed on the coating after being burnt,which had lower contents of carbon,nitrogen,and oxygen,while higher content of phosphorus than the carbon layer formed from the coating without acicular calcium silicate as shown by the result of energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy.The addition of acicular calcium silicate obviously improves the flame retardance of ultra-thin fireproof coating for steel structures.
