我国体育学术期刊编辑工作满意度提升策略研究——基于IPA方格图

体育学术期刊质量与编辑的工作满意度密切相关,掌握了编辑工作满意度的详细情况,就可明晰编辑部门在管理中存在的问题,以便有针对性地解决,从而提高体育学术期刊的质量。运用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计以及IPA方格图等方法,对参加2015年全国体育学术期刊研讨会的编辑进行实证调查,对整体满意度的现状进行分析,并提出有针对性的对策:1)建立特色的管理模式;2)建立结构优化的团队;3)建立满意度测评的机制。旨在为提高体育学术期刊编辑工作绩效和期刊的长足发展提供有价值的参考。

The academic quality of sports journal is highly related to editors'degree of satisfaction in working.Knowing the condition of editors'degree of satisfaction in working can easily find the problems in management and find the way to solve the problems.By using the method of literature review,questionnaire,statistics and IPA,the study analyze the degree of satisfaction collected in 2015 National Editors Conference,and according to the results some countermeasures are put forward:1)to set up new and reasonable management model;2)to set up a optimized team;3)to establish a system of measuring degree of satisfaction.
