变基圆半径涡旋膨胀机型线参数的优化选取 被引量:2

摘要 涡旋型线在涡旋膨胀机的优化设计中发挥着重要作用。目前对变基圆半径涡旋型线的研究大多集中于几何、数学模型的建立和推导,缺乏对型线参数选取的深入研究。为了弥补上述不足,采用粒子群算法对变基圆半径涡旋型线的参数进行优化选取。首先,建立了变基圆半径涡旋型线的啮合盘径和变基圆半径涡旋膨胀机膨胀比的数学模型;其次,分析了基圆变化系数对变基圆半径涡旋膨胀机性能的影响;最后,对变基圆半径涡旋型线的参数进行了单目标和多目标优化。优化后得到在啮合盘径和膨胀比各自取得极值时基圆半径和基圆变化系数的取值,以及以啮合盘径和膨胀比为共同优化目标时基圆半径和基圆变化系数的非劣解集。研究结果可为涡旋膨胀机的型线设计提供参考。 The vortex profile plays an important role in the optimal design of the vortex expander.At present,the researches on the variable base circle radius vortex profile were mostly focused on the establishment and derivation of geometric and mathematical models,and lack of in-depth research on the profile parameter selection.In order to make up for the above shortcomings,particle swarm algorithm was used to optimize the parameters of the variable base circle radius vortex profile.Firstly,the mathematical models of mesh disc diameter and expansion ratio of the variable base circle radius vortex expander were established.Secondly,the influence of the base circle variation coefficient on the performance of the base circle radius vortex expander was analyzed.Finally,the parameters of variable base circle radius vortex profile were optimized by single objective and multi-objective methods.After optimization,the values of base circle radius and base circle variation coefficient when the mesh disc diameter and expansion ratio were extreme respectively,as well as the non-inferior solution set of base circle radius and base circle variation coefficient when the mesh disc diameter and expansion ratio were taken as common optimization objectives.The research results can provide reference for the design of profile of vortex expander.
