原位还原法制备泡沫状金属镍

Preparation of Foam-like Nickel Metal Via an In-situ Reduction Method

摘要 泡沫状镍是一种孔隙率高、密度小的新型多孔金属.文章以醋酸镍为镍源,在水热釜中用水合肼原位还原生成泡沫镍.考察反应温度、反应物摩尔比和加入表面活性剂等条件对制备泡沫状金属镍的结构与形貌的影响.结果表明,随着反应温度、醋酸镍与水合肼的摩尔比的提高,泡沫状镍链的平均直径和晶粒尺寸同时增大.加入离子型表面活性剂能减小金属镍链的平均直径和晶粒尺寸,而加入非离子表面活性剂能增加链的平均直径和晶粒尺寸. Foam-like nickel metal is a novel porous metal with high porosity and low density.The foam-like nickel was prepared via an in-situ hydrothermal reduction method using hydrazine hydrate as a reductant and nickel acetate as a nickel source.The effect of syntheses temperature,mole ratio of raw materials and add⁃ing of surfactants on the structure and morphology were investigated by XRD and SEM.The results showed that the average diameter and crystal size of the foam-like nickel metal increased with the increase of the syntheses temperature and mole ratio.The adding of ironic surfactant could decrease the average diameter and crystal size of the foam-like nickel metal,while the adding of nonionic surfactant could increase the aver⁃age diameter and crystal size of the foam-like nickel metal.
