气相色谱法快速测定大米中禾草敌残留量 被引量:1

摘要 试验建立了用气相色谱法对大米中禾草敌残留量进行测定的方法,采用火焰光度检测器FPD,外标法,自动进样。结果表明,大米中禾草敌检出限2μg/kg(进样量为1μL,S/N=3),标准曲线的线性范围为10~100μg/kg(r=0.99974),样品加标回收率80.0%~97.5%,相对标准偏差RSD(n=10)3.28%。该方法回收率高、重现性好、分析时间短,是一种准确快速简单的检测方法。 A method for the determination of herbicide residues in rice was established by gas chromatography.The method was vali⁃dated by flame photometric detector FPD,external standard method and automatic injection.The results showed that the detection lim⁃it of diclofenac sodium was 2μg/kg(injection volume was 1μL,S/N 3),the linear range of standard curve was 10~100μg/kg(r=0.99974),the recovery of standard addition was 80.0%~97.5%,RSD(n=10)was 3.28%.The method has the advantages of high re⁃covery rate,good reproducibility and short analysis time.It is an accurate,fast and simple detection method.
