乡村振兴战略下农业企业政府支持、研发投入与创新速度

Government support,R&D investment and innovation speed of agricultural enterprises under rural revitalization strategy

随着乡村振兴战略的贯彻落实,解决“三农”问题成为全党工作的重要内容,农业企业作为推动农业经济发展的关键力量之一,正面临着创新驱动发展的重要机遇,现阶段加快农业企业的创新速度至关重要。以2014—2018年沪深市场上14家A股农业上市公司为研究对象,检验政府支持、研发投入与创新速度之间的影响机制。结果表明,政府支持有助于农业企业研发投入的增加,研发投入对农业企业创新速度的提升具有显著效果,政府支持与研发投入的共同作用能更大幅度地提高农业企业的创新速度。因此,在实施乡村振兴战略的背景下,政府应进一步加大对农业企业的支持力度,与此同时农业企业应该不断增加研发投入,提升企业的竞争力,实现创新发展。

With the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,solving the problems concerning“agriculture,rural areas and farmers”has become an important part of the party’s work.Agricultural enterprises as one of the key power to promote the develop⁃ment of agricultural economy,are faced with the important opportunities for innovation and development.Thus,it is very important to accelerate the innovation speed of agricultural enterprises at present.In this study,14 agricultural companies listed on Shanghai and Shenzhen a-share markets from 2014 to 2018 are selected as research objects to test the influence between government support,R&D investment and innovation speed.The results show that government support is conducive to the increase of agricultural enterprises’R&D investment,and R&D investment has a significant effect on promoting the innovation speed of agricultural enterprises.In addi⁃tion,the combination of government support and R&D investment can greatly improve the innovation speed of agricultural enterprises.Therefore,in the context of the rural-revitalization strategy,the government should further increase the subsidy to agricultural enter⁃prises,and at the same time,agricultural enterprises are supposed to constantly increase the investment in research and development,so as to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,and achieve innovative development.
