摘要
冠心病是临床上最常见的一种慢性动脉粥样硬化性心脏病,给患者家庭和社会带来了严重的经济负担。近年越来越多的临床研究和动物实验发现肠道菌群及其代谢产物的失调可加速冠心病的发生与发展。本文综述了肠道菌群及其代谢产物与冠心病的关系及相关干预研究的最新进展,指出了调控肠道菌群有望成为治疗冠心病的新靶点。
Coronary heart disease is the most common type of chronic atherosclerotic heart disease in clinical practice,which brings a serious economic burden to family and society.More and more clinical data and animal experiments have found that the imbalance of the intestinal flora and its metabolites can accelerate the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease.This article mainly reviews the relationship between intestinal flora and its metabolites and coronary heart disease and the latest progress in related interventions,and points out that the regulation of intestinal flora is expected to become a new target for the treatment of coronary heart disease.
