自制血管内超声双腔微导管联合Stingray球囊辅助的正向内膜下重回真腔技术成功治疗冠状动脉慢性完全闭塞一例报道 被引量:2

摘要 冠状动脉慢性完全闭塞(CTO)是经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)领域的难点。随着血管内超声、双腔微导管、Stingray球囊等新器械、新技术的不断发展,CTO患者PCI成功率明显提高,但单一器械或技术很难快速、安全地开通CTO患者病变血管。本研究根据自制血管内超声双腔微导管的特点,分析其与Stingray球囊辅助的正向内膜下重回真腔(ADR)技术联合成功治疗1例CTO患者的过程,以期为提高CTO患者PCI成功率提供参考。 Chronic coronary artery total occlusion(CTO)is a very challenge in the field of percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).The success rate of PCI in CTO patients is significantly increasing due to the advancement of devices and techniques,such as intravascular ultrasound,double-lumen microcatheter,Stingray balloon.However,it is difficult to revascularize diseased blood vessels of CTO patients quickly and safely depended on a single device or technology.This study observed the characteristics of self-made real time-IVUS double lumen microcatheter,and analyzed the process of its combination with Stingray ballon assisted antegrade dissection re-entry(ADR)technology in the treatment of CTO patients,in order to increase the success rate of PCI of CTO patients.
