基于学生视角高职院校党课培训满意度和获得感调查与思考

A Survey on the Satisfaction and Sense of Acquisition of Party Class Training in Vocational Colleges from Students’Perspective

学生党校作为高职院校中的“校中校”,肩负了为我党和社会输入高素质高技能型人才的重任,办好党校和上好党课是学生党建的重要工作,更是新时代要求。办好学生党校不容忽视的就是参训学生重要主体,了解他们对党课的满意度以及在接受培训过程中的获得感是十分必要的。本研究从教学内容、教学形式、培训效果和师资构成(水平)等角度进行调查研究分析,发现问题,提出改进措施。

As the“school in school”in vocational colleges,the Student Party School shoulders the important task of im⁃porting high-quality and high-skilled talents for the Party and the society,and therefore running a good party school and a good party class is an important work of the students’party building and it is also required by the new era.It is also nec⁃essary for the Party leaders to understand the students’satisfaction with the Party class and their sense of acquisition in the course of training.The paper investigates the teaching content,teaching form,training effect and teacher composition(level),finds out some problems and puts forward the measures.
