西安市三级甲等医院临床护生问题解决能力的调查研究

Investigation on problem-solving ability of clinical nursing interns in third-class A level hospital in Xi′an city

[目的]了解临床护生问题解决能力的影响因素,为有针对性地提高临床护生问题解决能力提供理论依据。[方法]随机选取西安市4所三级甲等医院,应用问题解决调查问卷对选取医院的591名护生进行问卷调查,分析临床护生问题解决能力的影响因素。[结果]单因素分析结果显示,性别、家庭经济情况、实习中自我感觉有无学习上的困难是临床护生问题解决能力的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析显示,年龄、家庭经济情况、学历类型、实习中自我感觉有无学习上的困难、职业决策自我效能(CDMSE)影响护生问题解决的能力(P<0.05)。[结论]影响临床护生问题解决能力的主要因素为家庭经济情况、学历类型、实习中自我感觉有无学习上的困难、职业决策自我效能。西安市临床护生总体问题解决能力一般,在带教过程中教师应根据学生的具体情况,以学生为中心灵活地选择带教方式,提高护生处理临床实际工作中所遇到问题的能力。

Objective:To understand the influencing factors of the problem-solving ability of clinical nursing interns,and to provide theoretical basis for improving the problem solving ability of clinical nursing interns.Methods:Four third-class A level hospitals in Xi′an city were randomly selected and 591 nursing interns were investigated by problem solving questionnaire.The influencing factors of the problem-solving ability of clinical nursing interns were analyzed.Results:The results of univariate analysis showed that gender,family economic situation,and self-perceived learning difficulties during internship were the main factors affecting the problem-solving ability of clinical nursing interns(P<0.05).Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that age,family economic situation,educational background,self-perceived learning difficulties during internship,and career decision-making self-efficacy(CDMSE)affected the problem-solving ability of nursing interns(P<0.05).Conclusions:The main factors affecting the problem-solving ability of clinical nursing interns were family economic situation,educational background,self-perceived learning difficulties during internship,and CDMSE.The general problem-solving ability of clinical nursing interns in Xi′an city is general.In the process of teaching,teachers should flexibly choose teaching methods based on the specific situation of the students and take the students as the center,so as to improve the ability of nursing students to deal with the problems encountered in clinical practice.
