阅读疗法对手术室年轻护士职业压力与压力反应的影响 被引量:3

Influence of reading therapy on occupational stress and stress response in young nurses in the operating room

摘要 [目的]探讨阅读疗法对手术室年轻护士职业压力与压力反应的影响。[方法]选取2017年6月—2018年9月32名手术室年轻护士为研究对象,2017年6月—2018年1月为干预前实施常规管理,2018年2月—2018年9月为干预后实施阅读疗法。干预前后采用护士工作压力源量表、工作压力反应量表以及压力知觉量表对护士进行相关指标评估并比较。[结果]手术室年轻护士干预后护理专业和工作方面的问题评分为(1.43±0.52)分、工作量和时间分配问题评分为(1.65±0.63)分、病人护理问题评分为(1.53±0.62)分以及人际关系和管理问题评分为(1.44±0.39)分,低于干预前护理专业和工作方面的问题评分(2.74±0.58)分、工作量和时间分配问题评分(2.82±0.75)分、病人护理问题评分(2.38±0.42)分、人际关系和管理问题评分(1.95±0.43)分(P<0.05)。手术室年轻护士干预后压力知觉(25.47±4.18)分、心理反应(8.13±5.09)分、生理反应(4.98±3.62)分以及行为反应评分(2.01±1.12)分,低于干预前压力知觉(34.78±4.32)分、心理反应(12.26±5.43)分、生理反应(8.92±4.19)分、行为反应(3.15±1.49)分(P<0.05)。手术室年轻护士干预后满意度为96.88%,高于干预前的81.25%(P<0.05)。[结论]阅读疗法能够减轻手术室年轻护士的职业压力,对直觉压力和压力反应有调节作用,有助于护士保持身心健康,提高护士对工作的满意度和工作效率。 Objective:To explore the impact of reading therapy on occupational stress and stress response in young nurses in the operating room.Methods:A total of 32 young nurses in the operating room from June 2017 to September 2018 were selected as subjects.The routine management and reading therapy were carried out before the intervention(from June 2017 to January 2018)and after the intervention(from February 20 to September 2018),respectively.Before and after the intervention,Nursing Job Stressor Inventory(NJSI),Stress-Reaction Questionnaire(SRQ)and Perceived Stress Scale(PSS)were used to evaluate and compare the relevant indicators of nurses.Results:After the intervention,the scores of the nursing professional and work problems,the workload and time allocation problems,the patient care problems,and interpersonal relationship and management problems in young nurses in the operating room were(1.43±0.52),(1.65±0.63),(2.42±0.71),and(1.44±0.39),which were lower than that(2.74±0.58),(2.82±0.75),(2.38±0.42),and(1.95±0.43)before the intervention(P<0.05).The scores of the stress perception,psychological response,physiological response,and behavioral response score(2.01±1.12)in young nurses in the operating room were(25.47±4.18),(8.13±5.09),(4.98±3.62),and(2.01±1.12)after intervention,which were lower than that(34.78±4.32),(12.26±5.43),(8.92±4.19),and(3.15±1.49)before the intervention(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate after intervention was 96.88%,which was higher than that before intervention(81.25%,P<0.05).Conclusions:Reading therapy can reduce the occupational stress in young nurses in the operating room,regulate intuitive stress and stress response,which helps nurses maintain physical and mental health,and improve nurses′job satisfaction and work efficiency.
