喉癌术后病人自我管理效能与自我护理能力现状及其相关性研究

Study on the status and correlation of self-management efficacy and self-care ability in postoperative laryngeal cancer patients

[目的]了解喉癌病人自我护理能力与自我管理效能感现状,分析两者的相关性。[方法]2017年1月—2018年2月采用一般资料调查表、中文版癌症自我管理效能感量表(C-SUPPH)、自我护理能力量表(ESCA)对87例喉癌病人进行调查。[结果]87例喉癌病人自我管理效能、自我护理能力得分分别为(75.98±8.82)分、(82.62±9.79)分,自我管理效能与自我护理能力呈正相关(r=0.724,P=0.000),不同自我管理效能水平的病人自我护理能力总分比较差异有统计学意义(F=12.783,P=0.000)。[结论]喉癌术后病人自我管理效能及自我护理能力均不高,且两者密切相关,护理工作者应采取有效的方式提高病人自我管理效能水平,从而改善自我护理能力及术后居家自我护理效果。

Objective:To investigate the status and correlation between self-management efficacy and self-care ability in postoperative laryngeal cancer patients.Methods:A total of 87 patients with laryngeal cancer were surveyed by the general information questionnaire,the Chinese version of Strategies Used by People Health(C-SUPPH)and Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale(ESCA)from January 2017 to February 2018.Results:The scores of C-SUPPH and ESCA were(75.98±8.82)and(82.62±9.79)in 87 patients with laryngeal cancer,respectively.The self-management efficiency and self-care ability were positively correlated(r=0.724,P=0.000).There was difference in the total scores of ESCA among patients with different levels of self-management efficacy(F=12.783,P=0.000).Conclusions:The self-management efficacy and self-care ability in laryngeal cancer patients are not high,and there is closely positive correlation between them.Nurses should take effective ways to improve the patient′s self-management efficiency level,thereby improving self-care ability and the effect of postoperative self-care at home.
