高职院校后勤管理能力调查分析——以晋城职业技术学院为例

An Investigation Analysis of Logistical Management Improvement in Higher Vocational Colleges——Taking Jincheng Institute of College as an Example

课题组选取晋城职业技术学院600名师生员工为研究对象,从学院食堂、公寓、维修服务、超市、医务室、校园环境、后勤人员素质7个方面对学院后勤管理基本情况进行了较为全面的调查分析,并以国家治理体系和治理能力现代化精神为指导,提出了改进意见。

The research group selected 600 teachers and students of Jincheng Institute of College as the re⁃search object,and carried out a more comprehensive investigation and analysis on the basic situation of logis⁃tics management in the college from seven aspects:canteen,apartment,maintenance service,supermarket,in⁃firmary,campus environment and logistics personnel quality.Based on the investigation,the paper puts forward the improvement suggestions with the national governance system and governance capacity modernization spirit as the guidance.
