疫情下“慢就业”现象新变化对就业创业教学改革的影响分析

The Influence of the New Change o“f Slow Employment”in Epidemic on the Teaching Reform of Employment and Entrepreneurship

结合新冠肺炎疫情背景下大学毕业生“慢就业”一族在人员回流、新兴职业选择、择业期延长等方面出现的新变化,给予就业创业教育从业者在认知、定位、方法3个角度的教改思考,以期更加优化就业创业教育课程。

Based on the COVID-19 outbreak,the paper discusses new changes in the“slow employ⁃ment”of college graduates.The changes of students circulation,choices of emerging career and extension of job selection period trigger thoughts on reform of employment and entrepreneurship education from three perspec⁃tives of cognition,positioning and methods in order to optimize employment and entrepreneurship education courses.
