陶行知职业教育思想对深化校企合作的启示

The Enlightenment of Tao Xingzhi’s Vocational Education Thoughts on Deepening the Cooperation between Higher Vocational Colleges and Enterprises

陶行知的职业教育思想包括3个基本观点:“社会即学校”“生利主义”“活的教育”。高等职业教育目前面临的挑战主要在于深化产教融合、校企合作,而其制约因素集中在院校、学生、企业和政府4个层面。梳理陶行知的职业教育思想,对解决当前职业教育产教融合“两张皮”和校企合作不紧密问题仍具有重要的现实意义。

Tao Xingzhi’s vocational education thoughts include three basic viewpoints:“society is school”,“beneficial concept”and“living education”.At present,the challenges of higher vocational education are to strengthen the integration of production and education,the cooperation between colleges and enterprises.The constraints are focused on four levels:colleges,students,enterprises and the government.Tao Xingzhi’s thoughts of vocational education are still of great practical significance to solve the problems of“two pieces of skin”in the integration of production and education,and the lack of close cooperation between colleges and en⁃terprises.
