摘要
文章基于短流程CSP生产线,开发了适合热轧双相钢的超快冷控制系统,并且实现了该控制系统的工业应用。结果表明:采用动力泵压力闭环和溢流阀模糊PID控制的方式实现对供水压力的控制;采用调节阀模糊控制的方式实现对集管流量的控制;采用对实际带钢速度与程序扫描周期乘积的累加来实现对带钢位置的跟踪。6.0 mm厚度热轧带钢的冷却速率为190~210℃/s,11.0 mm厚度热轧带钢的冷却速率为100~120℃/s,中间温度控制在(670±10)℃,卷取温度控制在目标值±30℃,很好地满足了产品需求。
In the paper,it is introduced the ultra fast cooling control system suitable for hot-rolled dual phase steel is developed based on the CSP production line with short process and its industrial applications are realized.The results showed that the control of water supply pressure was realized with the pressure closed-loop of power pump and fuzzy PID control of relief valve;the control of flow for header was realized with the fuzzy control of control valve;the tracking of position of strip steel was realized with the accumulation of product of actual speed of strip steel and scan period of program.The cooling rate of hot-rolled strip steel with thickness of 6.0 mm was 190~210℃/s,the cooling rate of hot-rolled strip steel with thickness of 11.0 mm was 100~120℃/s,the medium temperature was controlled at(670±10)℃and the coiling temperature was controlled at target value±30℃,which well met the product requirements.
