关于自然资源领域新型智库建设的探讨

Discussion on the Construction of New Think Tank in the Field of Natural Resources

长期以来,自然资源领域形成了大量先进的科研成果和一系列分析研究制度,但也存在一些问题和不足,主要表现在:研究力量分散与队伍不稳定,资政建言和战略研究不足,研究成果质量不高、决策转化不够等,迫切需要集中各方面智慧,凝聚最广泛力量,打造更具前瞻性、科学性、专业性的思想库智囊团。本文通过分析智库建设的现状和特点,在发展规划、组织架构、整章建制等方面提出了建设自然资源领域新型智库的建议。

For a long time,a large number of advanced scientific research achievements and a series of analysis and research systems have been formed in the field of natural resources,but there are still some shortcomings and problems,which are mainly manifested in the following aspects:the dispersion of research forces and the instability of research teams,the lack of advice and strategic research on capital and political affairs,the low quality of research results,and the insufficient transformation of decision-making.It is urgent to gather all kinds of wisdom,gather the most extensive forces,and build more foresighted,scientific and professional think tank.Suggestions for the new think tank construction of natural resources from the aspects of development planning,organizational structure,and the system construction was put forward based on the analysis of the current situation and characteristics of the think tank construction.
