定向钻孔探煤技术研究

Research on coal exploration technology by directional drilling

巷道掘进在煤炭开采过程中具有重要地位,掘进工作面前方常常会出现地质构造不明确的问题,井下定向钻孔可以实现超前勘探等工作。针对禾草沟煤矿掘进过程中揭露冲刷带问题,采用定向钻孔方法在50214工作面回风巷试探。结果显示定向钻孔超前钻探不仅实现了精准探煤,还对探测大断层等特殊地质构造的走向、落差进行精确定位,达到了预期效果,对类似井巷掘进精准定位具有借鉴意义。

Roadway excavation plays an important role in the process of coal mining.The unknown geological structure often appears in front of the driving face,and the directional drilling can realize the advanced exploration work.In view of the problem of exposing scour zone during excavation in Hecaogou coal mine,the directional drilling method was used to explore the return air roadway of No.50214 working face.The results show that the directional drilling in advance can achieve accurate coal exploration,and can also effectively identify the strike and fall of special geological structures such as large faults,and achieve the expected effect,which has reference significance for the accurate positioning of similar roadway excavation.
