摘要
为解决煤矿半煤岩巷道在爆破掘进中循环进尺小、炮眼利用率低、留底现象严重,爆破断面不规整等问题,以下峪口煤矿23210进顺掘进面为背景进行爆破掘进技术试验,通过掏槽方法选择、炮眼布置调整、爆破参数设计、装药结构和起爆方式优化、控制施工等方式改进爆破方案。实践表明,使用该技术之后,月进尺提高了40%以上,为同类半煤岩巷道掘进提供了参考依据。
In order to solve the problems of small cyclic footage,low blasthole utilization rate,serious bottom remaining phenomenon and irregular blasting section in semi coal rock roadway blasting driving,taking No.23210 driving face in Xiayukou coal mine as research background,the test of blasting driving technology is carried out.By optimizing the cutting method,blasthole layout,blasting parameters,charging structure and blasting mode,the blasting scheme is improved,and the monthly footage is increased by more than 40%,which provides a reference for similar semi coal rock roadway excavation.
