某矿1010203工作面瓦斯防治系统设计

摘要 瓦斯灾害严重威胁着煤矿安全、高效生产及工作面作业人员的生命安全,以陕西某矿1010203工作面为工程背景,基于现场实测方法,分析瓦斯来源及涌出构成,确定多煤层联合综放开采成为采空区瓦斯积聚主要原因。针对目前矿井瓦斯抽采不达标的现状,提出1010203工作面分区预抽放钻孔设计方案。同时,基于分区抽放钻孔设计方案的实施效果,给出瓦斯抽放管路的布设方式,提出工作面在掘进期间利用风排方式和工作面回采前对煤层进行分区预抽的2种瓦斯治理方案。 Gas disaster seriously threatens the safety and efficiency of mine production and the life safety of working face workers.Taking the No.1010203 working face of a coal mine in Shaanxi Province as the engineering background,based on the field measurement method,through the analysis of gas source and emission composition,it is considered that multi seam combined fully mechanized caving mining is the main reason for gas accumulation in goaf.In view of the current situation that the mine gas drainage is not up to standard,the gas control scheme of gas partition pre-drainage for No.1010203 working face is put forward.At the same time,based on the implementation effect of the design scheme,the gas drainage borehole and pipeline layout are optimized,and the gas control scheme of gas subarea pre-drainage before mining is proposed.
