摘要
国内已建煤矿井下变电所低压配电系统一般未采用智能化设备,无法采集配电柜内断路器分合闸状态信号,不能实现远程控制的分、合闸操作。通过对李家塔煤矿井下中央变电所现有低压配电系统进行改造,增加断路器电动操作机构,并采用远程智能I/O模块实现电量信号的远程采集及断路器的远程操作,矿用隔爆兼本安型电力监控分站RS485总线连接高压配电柜内微机综合保护装置、低压系统内多功能智能仪表及远程智能I/O模块等,实现井下中央变电所的无人值守。改造方案系统简单,改造工程量小,造价低,周期短,效果好,特别适用于对井下变电所老旧系统的改造,可为类似条件的矿井进行井下无人值守变电所改造提供借鉴。
At present,the domestic low-voltage distribution system of underground substation in coal mine has not equipped with intelligent equipment,so it is unable to collect the opening and closing status signals of circuit breakers in the distribution cabinet,which cannot realize the remote control of opening and closing operation.Through the transformation of the existing low-voltage distribution system of the underground central substation in Lijiata coal mine,the electric operating mechanism of the circuit breaker is added,and the remote intelligent I/O module is adopted to realize the remote acquisition of the electric signal and the remote operation of the circuit breaker.The RS485 bus of mine intrinsically safe flameproof power monitoring substation is used to connect the microcomputer integrated protection device in the high-voltage distribution cabinet,the multi-functional intelligent instrument in the low-voltage system and the remote intelligent I/O module,so as to realize the unattended of the underground central substation.The transformation scheme has the advantages of simple,small amount of work,low cost,short cycle and good effect,which is suitable for the transformation of the old system of underground substation,and can provide reference for the transformation of unattended substation in coal mines with similar conditions.
