摘要
复合顶板煤巷顶板极易离层、下沉,回采巷道两帮均为强度小的煤体,在上覆岩层载荷作用下,两帮围岩破坏范围大,相当于增加了复合顶板的宽度,支护极为困难。针对回坡底煤矿复合顶板煤巷支护难题,结合矿井已有的地质条件,综合运用理论分析、取样试验、现场监测等方法,根据试样泥岩的X射线衍射图谱、崩解过程及扫描电镜图,提出了巷道“锚-网-喷”联合支护体系。结果表明试样泥岩矿物成分含量达70%,遇水膨胀,裂隙发育严重,经高强度“锚-网-喷”优化支护后,巷道围岩变形能够控制在合理范围之内。
Under the load of overlying strata,the composite roof of coal roadway is easy to separate and destroy,and the damage range of two sides of coal body is large,so it is very difficult to support.In view of the problem of composite roof support in coal roadway of Huipodi coal mine,combined with the existing geological conditions of the mine,by using the methods of theoretical analysis,sampling test and site monitoring,the combined support system of bolt-mesh-shotcrete for the coal roadway with composite roof is put forward.According to the X-ray diffraction pattern,disintegration process and scanning electron microscope of mudstone,the mineral content of mudstone in the sample is up to 70%,which is easy to expand when meeting water and the fracture is developed.Through the optimization of high strength bolt-mesh-shotcrete support,the surrounding rock deformation of roadway can be controlled in a reasonable range.
