摘要
采用水热法在镁合金AZ91D表面原位制备ZnAlCe-LDHs薄膜。通过改变水热反应溶液中n(Ce3+)与n(Al3+)的比例,考察Ce3+含量对ZnAlCe-LDHs薄膜制备的影响作用。结果表明:当n(Zn2+)/n((Al3++Ce3+))摩尔比保持2.0不变的情况下,n(Ce3+)/n(Al3+)摩尔比为4∶1时,镁合金表面生成的ZnAlCe-LDHs薄膜最完整。
The Zn Al Ce-LDHs film was prepared in situ on magnesium alloy AZ91 D by hydrothermal method. By changing the ratio of n(Ce3+)to n(Al3+)in the hydrothermal reaction solution, the effect of n(Ce3+)content on the preparation of ZnAlCe-LDHs films was investigated. The results show that when the n(Zn2+)/n((Al3++Ce3+))molar ratio is maintained at 2.0 and the n(Ce3+)/n(Al3+)molar ratio is 4∶1, the ZnAlCe-LDHs film formed on the magnesium alloy surface is the most complete.
