钢坯加热炉生产调度优化模型与算法研究

摘要 针对加热炉优化调度问题,以降低加热炉生产能耗、改善钢坯加热质量以及提高设备生产效率为最终目的,构建了数学计算模型,提供了结合混合遗传算法来对模型求解的较优思路。结合生产实际过程采集的数据的仿真实验,此算法与生产实际有比较高的契合度,实际应用效果优于当前的人工调度方法。 In order to reduce the energy consumption of reheating furnace, improve the quality of billet heating and improve the production efficiency of equipment, a mathematical calculation model is established for the optimal scheduling problem of reheating furnace, and a better idea combining hybrid genetic algorithm to solve the model is provided. Combined with the simulation experiment of the data collected in the actual production process, the algorithm has a high degree of agreement with the actual production, and the actual application effect is better than the current manual scheduling method.
