摘要
为了优化JCOE成型工艺,通过对板材压弯过程进行分析得出挠度与力之间的公式。在Abaqus软件中建立JCOE成型过程模型并进行有限元分析。结果表明,理论公式与模拟结果一致,验证了模型的合理性,提高了成型精度。
To optimize the forming process of JCOE, the formula between deflection and force was obtained by analyzing the plate bending process. In Abaqus software, JCOE forming process model was established and finite element analysis was carried out. The results showed that the theoretical formula was consistent with the simulation results, which verified the rationality of the model and improved the forming accuracy.
