摘要
针对钢材在高温高压下性能降低等问题,提出在钢材中加入Y、Ce、Zr等稀土元素,通过拉伸实验、高温氧化实验等方法对实验钢进行处理,利用SEM等表征手段观测样品氧化试样的表面形貌,截面形貌及显微组织等情况,最终得出,稀土元素Y、Ce、Zr可以改变钢体组织结构,细化晶粒,增强硬度,提高拉伸强度及屈服强度。
In order to solve the problem that the properties of steel decrease under high temperature and high pressure, it is proposed to add Y, Ce, Zr and other rare earth elements into the steel. The experimental steel is treated by tensile test and high-temperature oxidation test. The surface morphology, cross-section morphology and microstructure of the oxidized sample are observed by SEM. Finally, it is concluded that the rare earth elements Y,Ce, Zr can change the steel and can refine grain size, enhance hardness, improve tensile strength and yield strength.
