摘要 煤矿井下巷道顶板的支护方式直接关系到井下综采作业效率和安全性,针对目前井下巷道顶板支护方式复杂、效率低下,支护稳定性差的缺陷,提出了一种新的煤矿井下巷道顶板支护方式,根据实际应用表明该支护方案具有结构简单、支护效率高,稳定性好的优点,与传统支护方案相比,支护时的效率比优化前提升了16.9%,支护成本降低了27.2%,优化后巷道顶板的最大变形量比优化前降低了75%,巷道两帮的变形量比优化前降低了25%,极大地提升了煤矿井下的综采作业安全和综采作业的经济性,具有较大的应用推广价值。 The support mode of underground roadway roof is directly related to the working efficiency and safety of underground fully mechanized mining. Aiming at the defects of complex, low efficiency and poor support stability of the current underground roadway roof support mode, a new supporting mode of coal mine roadway roof is proposed. According to the actual application, the support scheme has the advantages of simple structure, high support efficiency and good stability. Compared with the traditional support scheme, the efficiency of support is increased by 16.9%, the support cost is reduced by 27.2%, the maximum deformation of roadway roof after optimization is reduced by 75%, and the deformation of both sides of roadway is reduced by 25% compared with that before optimization, which greatly improves the safety and economy of fully mechanized mining operation under coal mine, and has great application value.
