摘要
介绍了下注转子钢锭模的理论设计依据、参数选取、关键参数计算方法。随着钢水洁净度的不断提高,可以通过选取合适的工艺参数降低钢锭冒口占比,从而提高钢锭利用率。利用钢锭锭身体积、冒口体积计算经验公式,并结合SolidWorks软件对体积计算进行验算。
This paper introduces the theoretical design basis, parameter selection and key parameter calculation method of the steel ingot mould for the injection rotor. With the continuous improvement of the cleanliness of molten steel, the proportion of ingot riser can be reduced by selecting appropriate process parameters, so as to improve the utilization rate of ingot. The empirical formulas for the calculation of ingot body volume and riser volume are given, and the volume calculation is checked with Solidworks software.
