摘要
为了提高JCOE成型工艺的压弯精度,通过对板材压弯过程的弹塑性变形分析得出压弯量计算公式。利用Abaqus有限元软件对JCOE成型工艺中C进行模拟计算。结果证明,通过理论公式和模拟计算的验证得到了最佳的压弯量,提高了JCOE成型工艺的压弯精度。
To improve the bending accuracy of JCOE forming process, the calculation formula of bending amount was obtained by analyzing the elastic-plastic deformation of the plate bending process. JCOE forming process was simulated by Abaqus finite element software. The results showed that the best bending amount was obtained by theoretical formula and simulation calculation. Meanwhile, the bending accuracy of JCOE forming process was improved.
