井筒过灰岩瓦斯储层综合防治技术 被引量:1

摘要 山西义棠煤业位于霍西煤田汾孝井田、宜兴曹村详查勘探区东部边缘,为师屯井田精查区一部分。井田内,石炭系上统太原组的K2灰岩是下组煤的主要瓦斯储存层,瓦斯含量大,浓度高,径流补给条件好。井下暗斜井施工时,穿过本层位。K2灰岩瓦斯涌出异常给安全施工带来较大安全风险。本次暗立井施工实践,利用注浆封堵和瓦斯抽放等综合措施,顺利安全通过K2灰岩,完成井筒施工,为井巷施工期间高瓦斯治理积累了成功经验。 Yitang Coal Industry Co., Ltd. in Shanxi Province is located in Fenxiao mine field of Huoxi coalfield and the eastern edge of Caocun detailed exploration area in Yixing, which is a part of the intensive investigation area of Shitun minefield. In the mine field, the K2 limestone of Taiyuan formation of upper carboniferous system is the main gas storage layer of the lower coal formation, with large gas content, high concentration and good runoff supply conditions. During the construction of underground inclined shaft, it passes through this layer. Abnormal gas emission from K2 limestone brings great safety risk to safety construction. In the construction practice of the underground shaft, the comprehensive measures such as grouting plugging and gas drainage were used to successfully and safely pass through K2 limestone to complete the shaft construction, which accumulated successful experience for high gas control during the construction of shaft and roadway.
