摘要
针对当前综采设备生产能力一定导致工作面产煤效率无法满足实际需求的问题,以西山煤电某矿3号煤层工作面为研究对象,在分析该工作面情况的基础上,详细地对比了大采高和综采开采采煤工艺的优劣势,得出针对煤层厚度较大或者非常大的工作面,应选用大采高采煤工艺进行生产,对提升综采工作面的产煤效率及质量具有指导意义。
In view of the problem that the current production capacity of fully mechanized mining equipment must lead to the coal production efficiency can not meet the actual demand, taking the No.3 coal seam working face of Xishan Coal Electricity Group Co., Ltd. as the research object, based on the analysis of the working face situation,the advantages and disadvantages of large mining height and fully mechanized mining technology are compared in detail. It is concluded that large mining height mining technology should be selected for the working face with large or very large coal seam thickness, which has guiding significance for improving coal production efficiency and quality of fully mechanized mining face.
