以15113工作面采用的SGZ-800/800型刮板输送机为例,对输送机电机烧毁原因进行分析,提出了相应的预防措施。从实际应用效果来看,采取预防措施后降低了刮板输送机电机烧毁频率,全年可节约刮板输送机维修成本达42万元,取得了显著应用成效。

Taking SGZ-800/800 scraper conveyor used in 15113 working face as an example, this paper analyzes the reasons for the motor burning of the conveyor, and puts forward corresponding preventive measures. According to the actual application effect, after taking the preventive measures, the frequency of motor burning of scraper conveyor is reduced, and the maintenance cost of scraper conveyor can be reduced by 420 000 yuan in the whole year,which has achieved remarkable application effect.
