浅谈奶牛胎衣不下治疗方法

A Brief Discussion on Treatment of Retained Placenta in Dairy Cows

[目的]当前,奶牛胎衣不下是奶牛常见的疾病之一。为进一步诊断清楚该疾病产生的原因,结合手术治疗,总结该疾病的治疗手段和举措。[方法]本文以5例奶牛胎衣不下为例,采取中西药物对病例进行了治疗。[结果]针对奶牛胎衣不下的结果,采取药物治疗和手术治疗等举措,经过一段时间治疗后,5例奶牛全部痊愈。[结论]引起奶牛胎衣不下的因素众多,与妊娠期间运动不足、饲料单一、缺乏矿物质和维生素等原因有关,对于今后预防该类疾病发生具有一定的借鉴。

[Objective]At present,retained placenta is one of the common diseases in dairy cows.In order to further diagnose the causes of the disease,combined with surgical treatment,the treatment methods and related measures were summarized.[Methods]In this study,5 cases of retained placenta of dairy cows were treated with Chinese and Western medicine.[Results]In view of the results of retention of the placenta,drug treatment and surgical operation were adopted,and all 5 cows were cured after a period.[Conclusions]There were many reasons for the retention of placenta,which were related to the lack of exercise,single feed source,lack of mineral and vitamin during pregnancy.The study would provide some reference for prevention of such diseases in future.
