摘要
通过微波合成技术制备磁性共价有机骨架材料(MCTF)。利用扫描电镜、透射电镜和傅里叶变换红外光谱仪对其形貌特征和表面基团进行表征分析,并将其用于吸附偶氮染料酸性橙7(AO7)。结果表明,MCTF为正四面体形态,单体缩合完全,磁性良好。相比于单体DCB和Fe3O4,MCTF的吸附能力明显上升。当MCTF、AO7的质量浓度比为40:1,pH为3.0的室温条件下,20 min内AO7的吸附率可达到100%。酸性及中性条件下更有利于AO7的吸附;水中阴离子Cl-、SO4-及腐殖酸对AO7的吸附效果影响较小,但HCO3-却具有明显的抑制作用。Langmuir模型计算得知,MCTF对于AO7的饱和吸附量为25.7 mg/g。
Magnetic covalent triazine-based framework(MCTF)was prepared by microwave synthesis technology.The morphology and surface groups of MCTF were characterized by scanning electron microscope,transmission electron microscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.The MCTF was used to adsorb azo dye acid orange 7(AO7).The results indicated that,MCTF was in the form of a regular tetrahedron with complete monomer condensation and good magnetic properties.The adsorption capacity of MCTF was significantly better than DCB and Fe3O4.AO7 was completely adsorbed after 20 min when mass concentration ratio of MCTF and AO7 was 40:1 and pH was 3.0 under room temperature.Acid and neutral condition was favorable for AO7 adsorption.The anions in water such as Cl-,SO42-and HA had a minor impact on the O7 adsorption,however,HCO3-significantly inhibited AO7 adsorption.The saturated adsorption capacity of MCTF for AO7 was 25.7 mg/g by langmuir model calculation.
