摘要
针对广东省某炊具生产加工废水的水质情况,采用"混凝沉淀+水解酸化+生物接触氧化+Fenton氧化+混凝沉淀+砂滤"工艺进行处理。运行结果表明,处理后出水COD为60 mg/L,BOD5为6 mg/L,SS、NH3-N、TP、石油类质量浓度分别为30、5、0.2、0.5 mg/L。出水水质能稳定达到"广东省水污染物排放限值(DB 44/26-2001)"第二时段一级排放标准要求。该工程总投资108万元,实际运行成本为1.66元/m3,可以为同类废水的设计提供一些经验,具有实际意义。
According to the water quality of a cooking and processing wastewater in a cookWare in Guangdong Province,the process of"coagulation sedimentation+hydrolysis acidification+biological contact oxidation+Fenton oxidation+coagulation sedimentation+sand filtration"is adopted.The results showed that the effluent water COD concentration is 60 mg/L,the BOD5 concentration is 6 mg/L,the SS concentration is 30 mg/L,the NH3-N concentration is 5 mg/L,the TP concentration is 0.2 mg/Land the petroleum concentration is 0.5 mg/L.The effluent water quality can stably meet the requirements of the first-level discharge standard for the second period of"Guangdong Province Water Pollutant Discharge Limit(DB 44/26-2001)".The total investment of the project is 1.08 million yuan,and the actual operating cost is 1.66 yuan/m3,which provides some experience for the design of similar wastewater and has practical significance.
